Krystalite Imperial RP – Terms of Service

By donating or purchasing any in-game package, you agree to the following terms. These are non-negotiable and enforced at the discretion of server management.

  1. Licensing and Usage
- All packages purchased are considered **licensed access** to specific in-game features or roles.
- This license **can and will be penalised or revoked** if abused.
- Penalties or revocation may be issued **permanently by Management** or **temporarily by Staff**, depending on the violation.

  2. Payment Method
- All donations must be made using **PayPal’s Friends and Family** payment method.
- This confirms your understanding that **you are donating**, not purchasing a product or service.

  3. Inquisitor-Specific Rules
- Members of the **Inquisitorius** must strictly follow all **Gamemaster** and **Grand Inquisitor** rules, directives, and guidelines.
- Non-compliance will result in **disciplinary action or removal** from the role.

  4. Custom Squads Policy
- Before donating for a **custom squad**, you must **consult Management or High Staff**.
- Approval is **required before payment**. Donating before approval **does not guarantee acceptance or refund**.

  5. Support-Only Donations
- You may donate solely to **support the server**, without requesting perks.
- Donations **do not create a “tab”** or a credit system for future use.

  6. Refund Policy
- **All donations are final. No refunds will be given.**
- Chargebacks, disputes, or reversals will result in a **permanent ban** and potential **community-wide blacklist**.

  7. Staff Discretion
- Staff and Management may **alter, suspend, or revoke** any donation-related access at any time.
- This ensures **balance, lore accuracy, and fair play** within the server.

  8. Breach of Terms
- Breaking these terms may result in:
- Removal of donated perks or roles
- Temporary or permanent bans
- Removal from custom squads
- Ban on future donations
